Registration
Conference registration is centrally handled by the Albatros Congress Agency via an on-line Registration form. You will receive an invoice after you complete the registration form and you are kindly asked to settle the invoice in the due time.

**Accompanying persons will not be able to attend scientific sessions and will not get conference materials. Welcome party, excursion and gala dinner are included.

Important notes
A registration is valid and confirmed only when the payment of the registration fee is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or alter the program. In case of vis major/force majeure or of any other unpredictable event for which the organizer cannot be held responsible, an administrative fee of 50 € will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations before 28th March 2019 will be charged by 20% costs. Beyond this date the registration fee will not be refunded. Only written cancellations will be accepted (a letter or fax to the postal address of the IMTB 2019 Secretariat, or an e-mail). Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat in advance.
